Miller: Delphi will need months to exit bankruptcy
Troubled supplier Delphi Corp. — following the April 4 collapse of its long-awaited financial restructuring plan — will need “several months” to emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, Chairman Steve Miller said today.
